Guests on board must have a valid identity document
It is not permitted to bring food or drinks not supplied by SAILOVER unless previously agreed with our Customer Service
If one or more guests do not know how to swim it is mandatory to inform the skipper during the pre-boarding briefing for the necessary precautions
If one or more guests suffer from pathologies potentially incompatible with sailing activity, swimming in the sea or snorkeling it is mandatory to communicate this to the skipper during the pre-boarding briefing for the necessary precautions
Guests hereby guarantee that they have checked the complete allergen menu on www.sailover.net, drawn up in accordance with the legal provisions set out in EU Reg. 1169/2011, and that they have not found any incompatibility

Politique d'annulation

Cancellazione gratuita entro 7 giorni dalla data del servizio, in caso contrario non è previsto rimborso dell'acconto versato. Qualora l'ospite non si presentasse all'imbarco, o comunicasse la sua rinuncia oltre le 48 ore prima servizio, il 100% del valore del servizio verrà trattenuto o richiesto. Rimborso completo per cancellazione del servizio da parte dello skipper per avverse condizioni meteorologiche. Qualora gli ospiti non si presentassero entro i 60 minuti successivi all'orario di partenza del servizio e senza alcuna comunicazione, lo stesso si considererà erogato e il 100% del costo verrà trattenuto o richiesto. In relazione alla durata del servizio, qualora lo Skipper dovesse decidere, per qualsiasi ragione, di rientrare in porto prima dell'orario stabilito, verrà garantito un rimborso tra il 50% e il 20% del costo del noleggio a seconda dell'orario di rientro. Sarà sempre possibile consumare l'eventuale Food & Beverage ordinato una volta rientrati in porto.

Free cancellation within 7 days from the date of the service, otherwise there will be no refund of the deposit paid. If the guest does not show up for boarding, , or communicates his/her cancellation more than 48 hours before the service,
100% of the value of the service will be withheld or requested. Full refund for cancellation of the service by the skipper due to adverse weather conditions. If guests do not show up within 60 minutes of the departure time of the service and without any communication, the same will be considered provided and 100% of the cost will be withheld or requested. In relation to the duration of the service, if the Skipper decides, for any reason, to return to port before the established time, a refund of between 50% and 20% of the rental cost will be guaranteed depending on the return time . It will always be possible to consume any Food & Beverage ordered once returned to port.
